Returns & Refund
If you are unhappy with your products and it has been less than 14 days since you received your order, we will accept the return of the goods and will refund the cost of the returned items providing that the goods are unopened and the seals are intact.
To receive a refund, it is critical that you can answer YES to all of these questions:
All of the products are unopened, unused and the seals fully intact?
Are the items in your possession?
Are all of the products in their original undamaged packaging?
Did you order the items less than 14 days ago?
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
1. Can I return items?
Yes. If you’re unsatisfied with any non-perishable spice product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt—provided:
- The item is unopened, unused, and sealed.
- It’s in its original, undamaged packaging.
- You have the original proof of purchase.
Exceptions: Fresh or perishable spice blends (e.g., mixes with herbs or fresh ingredients) cannot be returned, due to safety and hygiene concerns.
2. Return process & shipping
Your responsibility:
- Cover return postage for non-faulty goods.
- Always use recorded/tracked postal returns to avoid loss.
- Keep proof of postage—untracked returns may delay refunds.
If we made an error (wrong or defective item):
- We’ll cover return shipping costs.
- Please refuse delivery or contact us to arrange a free courier collection.
3. How to initiate a return
- Email us with your:
- Order number
- Name
- Item(s) you wish to return & reason
- We’ll reply within 2 business days with:
- A Return Authorization (RA) number
- Return instructions and address
- Pack securely in original packaging, include the RA paper, stamp the RA number visibly on the package, and post via a tracked service.
4. Refund timeframe
Once we receive and inspect the goods:
- If the return meets policy conditions, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect spice product:
- Refuse delivery or accept and keep the packaging.
- Email us within 5 days, including:
- Photos of damage or incorrect item
- Order number and details
We may request to inspect the package. If verified, you’ll receive a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
6. Order changes & cancellations
- Before dispatch: You may cancel or modify your order,email us asap (include order number). If payment hasn’t been collected yet, simple cancellation suffices.
- After dispatch: Returns must follow the above returns process.
- Statutory rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations):
- You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must remain in original, saleable condition.
- You bear return shipping costs (except faulty items).
Note: Due to their nature, spices and fresh blends are exempt from statutory returns once opened.
7. Partial refunds & cancellation policies
- Bulk/spiced gift sets: Opened or partially used items are non-refundable.
- Bulk cases: Can be returned sealed; return shipping applies if not faulty.
