1. Company, Website & Acceptance
- This website, www.truespices.co.uk, is operated by TRUE SPICES, a UK-based supplier of organic spices.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
2. Products & Orders
- We sell organic spices and spice blends. Although we strive for accurate product descriptions, colours and fragrances may slightly differ from images.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline orders without explanation.
3. Prices & Payment
- All prices include UK VAT at the current rate.
- We accept major payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal). Payment is taken at the time of order.
- In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- We can change the prices without any notification.
4. Delivery
- FREE Standard delivery to mainland UK.
- Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., courier issues, Act of God).
- You must provide correct delivery details and be available to receive your order; we cannot accept responsibility for uncollected packages or dropped at customer safe place in case of no one available to receive order.
5. Returns, Refunds & Quality Guarantee
- If you’re not fully satisfied, return any unopened, unused, sealed spice product within 14 days for a full refund,no questions asked .
- Return shipping is at customer expense (unless the product is faulty).
- To arrange a return, email us with your order number, name, and reason for return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Faulty or incorrect items: notify us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll cover return postage and offer a full refund or replacement.
6. Title & Risk
- Ownership transfers to you when payment is confirmed. However, loss or damage in transit remains your responsibility until delivery is completed.
7. Cancellation & Contract Withdrawal
- You may cancel or modify orders before dispatch by emailing with your order details.
- Returned goods must be unopened and in saleable condition return postage applies to the customer.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
- We adhere to UK food safety laws and store spices at recommended standards.
- We do not accept liability for allergic reactions. It is your responsibility to read ingredient lists.
- Our total liability to you is limited to the purchase price paid.
9. Privacy
- Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- All content on this site text, images, branding is owned by TRUE SPICES. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
